What if I want to exchange for a different size or different product?
We want you to have your products as quickly as you can. If you are needing to exchange your product for a different size, or want to try a different product instead, please return by using the information on our returns page and place a new order for your desired product/size. As with all orders, we will ship your new product to you for free via USPS First Class Mail. As soon as we receive your return at the Flexxline Return Center, we will issue your refund ASAP.
How long does a refund take to process?
Typically, once your return is received, it takes 7-10 business days to process your return.
How do I return an Internationally Shipped Order?
All returns are initiated the same way. Simply, fill out the form on the returns page and request a return. Your international return will be processed the same way US domestic returns are processed. Once your item(s) has been authorized for return, we will provide shipping instructions for you via email.
